You are looking in the wrong place. TT is ouside of Ishad N'Ha (or maybe it was the Serpent Temple). Also, if more than one party member gets the same quest, all will be rewarded on completion, as long as they EACH speak with the guild preson who gave the quest. At least, that has been my experience.
