When should I do Watcher's Keep - during TOB or during SOA?

Party:
Minsc, Jaheira, Aerie, Inomen, Edwin and swashbuckler

I am curious if I would be able to make it all the way through (each character has around 3 mil exp right now) before finishing off Jon Bon Jovinicus, or if I should wait to do Watcher's until TOB.

Additionally, do I keep the Guildhouse (thieves stronghold) once eI start TOB?
