Not to dissuade people from offering to make this for you PeeWee, since we've got a selfless bunch of people here
but you should try and give it a go yourself as well. It seems daunting in the beginning, but you don't really need any programming language - most of the TeamBG tools are pretty self-explanatory and there are a number of tutorials floating around. Start small and check some items to see how the effects are put together.
Once you start getting the hang of it you will develop a LIFELONG addiction to the game.
