Will I run into him again?

He showed me that he was in reality a mindflayer......so I just would like to know if he will show up again later.

AND I FINALLY DID EVERY FREAKING QUEST FROM EVERY NPC!!

Took me long enough

Now I quess I can finally go to the asylum.....
