If you want a Mage, then I recommend the Conjurer. If you have ToB, then a Wild Mage.

You might want to consider replacing Yoshimo with Jan, unless you are planning to replace him with Imoen. This is because Yoshimo will betray you later on in the game.
3. I know that fighters get Natlias home as a stronghold. As I have a mage I would like to know what is their stronghold and how do I get it.
Mages/Sorcerers get the Planar Sphere for their stronghold. Go talk to Tolgerias in the Government District to start the quest.
