To Larry: I played BGII of course
but admittedly not with an imported character, just a wholly created PC. I started out with no items whatever, so I assumed that an import would as well. Guess I was wrong on that account.
(::now wondering if the little items that I picked up in the dungeon (i.e. Longsword +1 etc) would be replaced by my old items...:
And the Big Metal Unit thing does exist, and its one heck of an amusing (and powerful!
) Easter Egg. Except they're so big they can;t fit through some doors with the armour on...
