Right, if you have your mage/s place lower ristance at it then using magic missle to attack it. Now with your clerics or druids to summon fire elements and airal servents to attack it (and take the brunt of its damage) and keep the last of it men back.
I had 2 fire' and 2 air' and casted 8/10 magic missles at it before killing it.
