Dude that's really strange. If you're putting both Aerie and Bodhi's black heart into the slots of the statue's arms then Aerie will come back... as long as you have the book you need, one of those 3 vamp books in the room across from bodhi's coffin. Maybe you don't have the book? That's my best guess.
