Hey StarVid - I have very similar party (Jan from the beginning, Yoshimo->Imoen).
I have to say that cleric spells against undead are more than helpfull. Protective spells works on all memeber of part, can be cast in city without Cowled Wizards disturbed. Jaheira: fire elemental is great, also insects!
