jeez, why is being evil so good (or not *good*) ? if you want to be a liitle evil you can side with bodhi and only have evil people on your team and never pay tribute to churches, and when you do a quest that when you finish you gain a rep point, just go off and pointlessly slaughter some little urchin girl in the streets, and bg2 has got a good storyline for u evil buggers out there thats why you can side with bodhi and choose to go evil and go with the bhall powers and (if you have not played the whole game this is kinda a spoiler) you can do all the evil stuff at the alignment test thing at the end getting the blackrazor and stuff. but anyway, considering most of the people in bg2 are good-ish its easier to get a really good rep then at the end, do bad stuff to get the cool weapons and stuff.
