You mean he's lying near the city gates or is it an ambush thing?
I remember coming across an ambush and there was a guy lying on the
ground after the battle. But I couldn't do anything with him.
He wasn't an "item" so I couldn't pick him up, sounds kinda weird, and I couldn't talk to him.
He did have a blue circle under him though.
Is this what you guys are talkin about?
