I've just accepted the Sahuagin King's challenge where you fight the big ol' ettin and I seem to have run into a problem. The ettin is lying dead at my feet, but nothing is happening. I found the door out of the arena, but it is locked and seems unpickable. Have I done something wrong? I did kill the ettin really fast, maybe a bug?
