Silverymoon is the capital city of the Silver Marches, which is to the west of the Anauroch Desert, north of the High Forest (roughly to the northeast of Waterdeep). It's ruled by Alustriel, Chosen of Mystra and sister of Alassra Shentrantra, also known as the Simbul, Storm-Queen of Aglarond.
The Simbul is Elminster's consort. FYI on the other Seven Sisters:
- Anastra Sylune - Witch of Shadowdale. Died fighting a flight of dragons.
- Endue Alustriel - former High Lady of Silverymoon, now ruler of the Silver Marches
