Well, I beat him easily.
I'm STILL -completing all side quests- Chapter 2 that's why this battle was a little bit hard for me.
Here's what I did.

I cast spell immunity Abjuration on Nalia then get near the lich with my fighters. He will cast protection spells which cannot be removed in round 2. So you have the cause 160-180 damage in 1st round. I caused massive damage with my fighters and ranged attackers. Then he becomes to a stupid flying skull. I fleed my all characters except Nali and Aerie. Aerie cast spell immunity abjur. Then they both attack flying skull. At this point they both use the ring of rams and it causes 10-60 damage to demilich and more over he fell from the stairs!! He gets in corner, Nali attacks with Staff of Magi, Aerie attacks with string of Everard. They cause 1 damage per round so it took about 60 round While combat I go outside had a walk
WHen I was home lich was knockndown!
