If you keep Keldorn and Viconia in your party together for too long they begin to argue. Eventually Keldorn will attack Viconia and one of them will be slain. There's no way that I know of to get around this, and it's annoying as my ideal party would consist of those two.
In ToB it's possible to change Viconia's alignment to True Neutral if you're romancing her. Obviously, this means that Keldorn will tolerate her in ToB, but in SoA, forget it.
