You can't stop Bodhi from taking Aerie (or whoever your romancing) and stop Bodhi from making her in to a vampire. You can however, once you kill Bodhi and Aerie (yes, you'll have to kill Aerie) you can pick up Aerie's body and Bodhi's heart, bring them to the temple near the Umar Hills, place her and the heart in the statue (the one which allows you to put stuff in it's hands, across from the tiled floor) and it will cure Aeries vampirism.
