Ohhhh, you are fighting Tanova! Sorry, was thinking of Chap6.
Then first of all, send in a sacrificial summon to take the Death Spell. After which, you can barrage her with summons and whack her with your tanks while she's distracted by your summons.
Some advice.
Cast Resist Fear on everybody, including your summons.
Breach her.
You can buy them from the merchants in Waukeen's Promenade. Either the Scroll Merchants or Ribald, I believe.
