it worths it, he drops boots of speed, which means you can get it fairly early in the game!
also, he drops a dagger +3, very nice, a cloack of ....shadow? what the hell, i havent touched this game for so long
2 oil of speed and some extra healing potions
(or invisible, forgot which one)
