Go SOUTH of High Hedge, go west in the area under (where melicamp is) and you'll see the lighthouse-map.

Though, you can't enter the lighthouse. In the area, northeas of the acctuall lighthouse, you'll find a cave guarded by three sirens. inside you meet flesh golems and find a tome of constitution
