Hmm, I think your BG2-skills are getting at bit rusty, Neb. He is raight, you do get a room at the Order of the Radiant Heart.
But to start it, you must first do the Firkragg-quest, and then go and talk to Prelate Wessalem at the Order, and he will ask you to join the Order.
