Kangaxx the Demi-Lich can be found in the house directly east of the Sea's Bounty Tavern in the Docks District, Athkatla.
One of Kangaxx' body-parts is in a crypt underneath a house in the Bridge District, near the house where the kidnappers who buried Tirdir make their base; and the other part is in a crypt in the Old Sewers, where the ex-members of the Unseeing Eye have their hideout.
