Umm, afaik there is no general patch for ToB - just a beta patch for users with Win2K or something like that. No ToB patch for gameplay issues.
Why not install SoA, then the SoA patch, the ToB? Be aware that the Baldurdash tweaks and fixes are *not* compatible with ToB
although there are some "enhancement" files available in Baldurdash for ToB.
