+5% magic resist i think
and permant negative plane protection, whoever has this amulet will never get drained, but unfortualy its only mage and clerc i think??? and you get it from avator livikin whatever in hell his name is the dude who own the shadow thief thingy.
and mace of distruption is great also, it has negative plane protection and is great verus undead, you can upgrade it to +2 i always yake it out when i fight undeads. esp vamps
