Yup and Imho some of the best mages in the game are kenshi/mage, dualed at 13 or so. now you got some serious Thac0 right there, do tensor transformation and bam u got like a 1 or 2 base thac0 and -20 adj thac0 now very hard to miss with that kind of thac0 eh
Sorcerer was my first mage ive ever played and all i can say is theyre powerful if you prepare them right. but there always will be those odd sitution where they'll have hard time, they can use scrolls, that's true i'll probably try another sorcerer some time soon
