Completely true. There's no time limit here, it's just nice for the story. The first time through, I fell for it though. I finished the game with my Archer on day 43, but I realized I didn't do any of the stronghold quests (though I managed to do all of the other quests I could find, I can't recall the ranger quest starting. I got a cabin and that was it). I also didn't explore the two new forest maps after returning from the drow city.

The second time, playing with a Skald, I didn't finish chapter 2 until all stronghold quests were done. I really took my time on that one, as it takes several weeks before the first play is rehersed.

Still, playing the game for the first time with the idea you're under pressure makes the game seem more tense, and makes playing for the second time more interesting as well.
