I hardly ever use scrolls because they always cast at a very low level and thus are'nt worth using. Likewise for Wands. Have never used the Wand of Cloudkill trick before..
Edwin still had a flame arrow scroll in his quick slot at the end of the game, and I picked it up after exiting Irenicus' lair. I just never used it..
