The wild Githyank mage has the other portion of the Vorpal Sword.
The other part of the Wave can be found on the rebel Sahuagin Prince in the Sahuagin City.
The other parts of the equalizer can be found in the Underdark. The blade is in the first room of the Beholder Dungeon and the hilt can be found on a table in the Mind Flayer Dungeon.
