You could also use them - not worth selling as they're only 1 gp each. However if you do use them they will disappear as they have only one charge each, iirc.
Alternatively you could sell them and buy them back and they should be fully recharged. But I guess if you're still in Chap 1 that's not an option as you're not likely to have much $$.
