I think I hear what you're saying, Link, but I would suggest it might better be put as:
"Please think through and state your questions clearly, and in detail."
We've had far too many questions that are similar to "Hey, dude, I was outside the building you know bar and that guy a fighter came up and attacked me with his buddies like whats going on huh thanks."
