I have to defend Haer'Daelis, I mean he's no front-line fighter but with defensive spells up and his spins he can hold his own and tie enemies up while you wait to whack them with a front-line fighter. Plus, he has IMHO the best battle-cry in the game "Ahhhhh, mayhap this will be the end!" You just gotta love that one.
