Dear, dear.......this sounds bad. Rest a couple of times - that'll make sure that some time limits are up for some monsters (like skeleton warriors). Then revisit the places (try to do them in a order so that you can keep track).
I remember I found my two stupid kobolds petrified within a little tomb.
(Apparently it was ME who did it, since they were so bloody useless - I used flesh to stone!
