How about an "assassination" ability that has a range of 1 (melee) and the chance to kill outright any opponent having fewer HD or levels than the assassin? Monks get Quivering Palm once/day and this ability would be similar, so how often should it be allowed? I'm thinking once/day per 5 levels, given the HD limitation (since Quivering Palm can drop dragons). Thoughts, anyone?
