Pixie prick is found in the Astral prison, Part of Haer D'lis quest, and you can buy Firetooth in the Underdark, from a merchant in the first hall of the Drow city.
For the majority of the game my Archer was duel wielding Celestial fury and Pixie prick and either sleeping or stunning everything in his path.
