Personal Tip,
You can use Cernd's House...
Two doors to the left of the Adventurer's Mart.
... as your personal Headquarters.
There are 5 containers in that house, I used the barrel for ammunitions( arrows, bolts and bullets), the sack for thief equipment, the crate for Magical scrolls and intelligence potions, one cupboard for health potions( ever seen 40+ potions of greater healing arranged in tidy rows?
) and those purple antidotes which heal too, and finally, the last cupboard for magical equipment and quest items.
As for quest items which you no longer need... just dump them in some corner.
