Yes she will leave again, but only temporarily. She'll leave as you sleep. You'll wake up and she'll be gone, leaving a note behind. Just go the harper hold again and she'll be upstairs. Then continue playing as normal. Things will eventually be sorted out, the better your reputation, the better the result. Don't move into chapter 7 till the romance is finished as it won't continue in chapter 7.
