Oh well, I guess atleast barkeeps and thiefs who sell their stolen goods themselves will buy.
Barkeeps you'll find in Taverns, and thiefs you'll find all around in Athkatla.
And maybe the guy that lives in the upper floor in Gaelan Bayles house will buy.
