My best so far is a half-orc Level 19 Kensai. His base stats were all naturally rolled (i.e. no ctrl-shift-8 action!) and took me about 2 hours to get:

Name: Perseous
Race: Half-Orc
Class: Fighter Kit Kensai
Alignment: Neutral Good
Strength: 19 (21 with girdle of frost)
Dexterity: 18
Constitution: 19
Intelligence: 10
Wisdom: 9
Charisma: 18

Proficiencies:

Two Handed Weapon Style **
Single Weapon Style *
Mace ***

Inventory:
Ring of Gaxx
Ring of Protection +2
Amulet of spell Warding
Pale Green Loun Stone
Warblade +4
Mace of Disruption +2
Boots of Speed
Cloak of Mirroring
Girdle of Frost Giant Strength

HP: 184
AC: 0

This guy is definately going to be imported into TOB as he can dish out some serious damage using the Warblade (Pretty much the most damaging weapon after the Holy Avenger). I got a screenie of his damage:
