In renal bloodscalp's quest, you have to go to a different shadow thief guildhouse and find evidence to get the other guildhouse leader, Mae'Var, kicked out. before you kill maevar after you get the evidence, there are some doors on the second floor that can be picked ( beware of traps). In one of them there is a rogue stone.
