Yes the slayer is the nastyman, if we were going to be picky your not actually the slayer your the ravanger another of Bhalls avatars. The slayer was this human male avatar who used to bleed black pus out of the cracks in his face while carrying bone daggers that would wither anything they touched, not the kind of guy to head to the pub with.
