I dont know bud. Reeka and I were playing a multi and the same thing happened to us. I think its part of the programming. If the person the PC is interacting with is talking to another of the players i know you cant answer any questions on their behalf. But it seems like most of the time, but not all, I could hear what was being said.
If I remember correctly you arent even supposed to be able to play multi with a firewall functioning.
Try shutting down the firewall. That might fix it.
