If you've done the Shade Lord quest, you know the statue in the dungeon "Appears as if its waiting for something to be put in its arms" when you get the little "?" cursor. Also, one of the books tells of a town that was afflicted by vampirism, and the local heros got it. That one tells how they put the black hearts of the vampires on the altar to Amanuator with the bodies of the fallen so that the Sun Lord would aid them. If you put those two together, it makes sense to dump the heart and your romances body into the arms of the statue. I don't know if you have to complete the shade lord quest first or not, however.
