1. If you have only SoA installed, the XP-cap is on 3950000XP, if you have both SoA and ToB installed, the cap is 8000000.

3. There isnt any real quest related to the boys. But a little warning; in you're playing as a ranger, and are hoping to get the ranger-stronghold, dont buy the boys anything! Cause this will prevent you from getting the stronghold!
