You haven't left any room for NPC's so Quest XP will be thin on the ground and romances impossible. I'd suggest using a party of four, keeping Jaheira until her quest (a long one, so is her romance if you want it) is over. And use the remaining slot to pick up and dump other NPC's to gain their quests and XP. Don't forget that you only get one stronghold too so make sure you're happy with your main PC and the stronghold that he/she's likely to acquire.
