Desuma_Malevois, from your description is sounds like at Lvl 7 I gain a 1/2 attack, giving me 3 attacks in 2 rounds, but the manual states, "Note that this refers to attacks with melee weapons only, and that Fighters, Rangers, and Paladins also gain an extra attack at level 7." Quoted from pg93 BG manual. I have installed the patch that set weapon skills to the way it was in BG.
Other question. In the proficiency chart, attacks per round column, for instance, specialization in 2H swords (2points in 2H swords) it says 3/2 attacks per round. Is this stating the number of attacks added to my current number of attacks, or stating the total number of attacks I'll have?
Also does the speed factor of the weapon play a part in the number of attacks you'll have? If so, how?
