I am having trouble killing the tanner in the bridge district. I have gathered evidence that he is doing the killings, I went back to his shop surrounded him to stop him getting away, and after the conversation with him I force attacked him. The problem is I have hit him for approximately 400hp and he still is on slightly injured and he has nearly killed 2 of my characters. Every so often it comes up with he has dispelled the effects.
Any one have any clue what is happening??????
