Heres how it will work. I say what the monster is going to fighting the challenger, and he uses ALL abilities to defeat it. If you do not fight something defencless, (like a commoner) it will transform into a dragon, lich etc, forcing you to fight. Evil people get free xp, (though very little) good get more, but not for free. The battle pit rules are like this:1. No unfair powers unless you want to test your powers against a room with 50 Demogorgons, you best not use them (gotta give that ogre a chance)2. Magic Is allowed, but then that counts as a wizard's duel, and you are given a diffrent opponent after the one you defeat the current one. We try to separate the mage encounters and the fighter encounters (though fighter/mages get to do both) but the odd fighter mage is in it, so be aware that even if you do defeat that gibberling wiht a power word kill, you get to fight a lich afterwords. Ok? If a fighter is fighting a lich, (it happens) the fighter gets a "helper" mage to make it more fair. The mage will know up to 7th level magic, and can cast ANY magic on the fighter (like spell immunity) 3. You can use any kind of weapons (this condtridicts the #1) but you are set to 1 per day, so if Ls wants to kill wiht the mind, he can only use it once though) The most advanced enemy we have is a genetic copy of DemoGorgon (the other 50 are just REALLY tough illusions)
Or a rainbow dragon (a dragon that has diffrent colored heads like black dragon red dragon etc.) They have the abilities of all dragons and immunities (you only get to fight it if you have powers not "worthy" of the other monsters) Rainbow Dragons have exactly 10,000 hit points. Mr: of 95 Can cast both wizard and clerical spells as a level 31 mage and cleric.
