his name is viekang. his script is tiny and doesnt seem to be anything other than a mysterious cameo. he has several different dialogues, however, based on the number of times you've spoken. unfortunately i've only seen him in trademeet and get the same dialogue every time. the others only reveal him to be some sort of "lightning rod" for trouble. perhaps no matter where he goes a bhaalspawn shows up... who knows.
