For example, boots of speed: I think that there are 4 different boots of speed cause some of them have different stats... You are talking about ShadowKeeper right ?? In SKīs item browser there are 4 boots of speed,but 3 of them are CURSED. I think that is used probably for monsters/enemies (for example Drizzt) that use them, so that you cant just pickpocket them (imagine pickpocketing drizzt his boots, and then he wouldnt run anymore
. that wouldnt be cool).
It happens also with some spells, for example, there are 4 different magic missiles, with different animations but the same effect, so that enemiesī magic missiles look different.
When using SK, realize that the item browser displays all the items, including enemiesī items that you cant get when you kill them, and that are used to give them special bonuses or abilities that cant be implemented otherwise.
