NO ! You don't get the 2nd Gaxx ring by cheating, thats not a helpful hint, you can get 10 rings by cheating, you can get only 2 legally.

When you are fighting the Lich/Demi Lich that carries the Ring at the end of the Golden Body part quest, That lich has a Ring of Gaxx. If you have a thief pickpocket the Lich exactly when he appears before he turns red, you can pickpocket a Ring of Gaxx off him. Then after you Kill him, you can get ANOTHER ring of Gaxx.
Its perfectly Legal, and you don't have to resort to cheap cheats to get 2 of them. Don't cheat unless you have already beat the game, or are legally stuck with no way out.
The Ring of Gaxx is a great item. If you have a monk character, it is good, but would actually work better on a non-monk, because some of its powers duplicate a monks natural ability (such as immunities), and some of its powers don't work on a monk character.
