Artemis, you kinda lost me there
but anyway, the bonus items are already in the game. You just need the 2 merchant files. Doesn't matter what stage of the game you are at, there's a folder in BG2 called Override where you put these merchant files (along with any other edited files that you want to use. So you can put in Joluv and Dierdre's files in your override and you can access the items.
